Sung Hoon Procrastination

I have to admit that I am the one who procrastinate most in the world. Maybe I am not mature enough to realize or figure out things to do first and things to do later. It has been a problem with be since long ago. Just like other people, I always have things to do other than homework or projects and I do the non-academic stuff, because I procrastinate; I am often surprised by how much time I spent before even starting to do the more important things.

This semester, the courses that I procrastinate to work on the most are CLS 105 and JPS 102. It is kind of ridiculous to say I avoid doing work for CLS, which is the course I am doing this project for, but this is true. Also, I have a very generous Japanese teacher who does not strictly or regularly check homework. I am not trying to make her policy my excuse for procrastination but it is certain that my procrastination is highly affected.

I am aware of things I need to do first but I also noticed that I am often distracted by other things. And there were some times that I could not finish my tasks because I waited until the last minute. I have not experienced enough the good feeling of getting things done early and this fact made me a thrill seeker.

To examine and solve my bad habit, I chose to use Time waster strategy.

The time wasters were too obvious after writing all down.

I tried my best to minimize use of the time wasters this week. After all, the result was not good enough to satisfy my expectation but I could see that it truly helped in terms of the order of priority.
